I must admit, this is the one which I was very confuse with at first. So, it is not a moisturizer but it feels moisturizing, and it is also not a primer because it doesn’t fall under the makeup range. For Chanel, they call this product as a finisher. I’m supposed to use it after applying moisturizer.
