I’ve been quietly using 2 of Decorté’s‘ luxurious skincare products for a while. I think they’re 2 powerful pairings and they worked well on my skin.

WHAT CAUSES SKIN TO STRESS?
Everyday, I’m busy with everything! You don’t realize that your skin worked just as hard as you do. I put on makeup almost everyday, then go out into the polluted air and expose my skin to the sun. Most of the time, I share conversation and laughter with people I met and that causes expression lines.
All those laughters are definitely worth it, but I don’t want my lines showing too early in life as well. Sometimes when I travel to colder places with 4 seasons, my skin gets hit as well. One day it’s hot and the next it’s 10 degrees Celsius. It can be harsh on the skin.

AQ OIL INFUSION

USING AQ OIL IN DIFFERENT SEASON
I started using AQ Oil last year when I went to Europe with my girl gang. When I first arrived, it was the end of summer in Greece and in the day time, it was still pretty warm, but on the drier side. I mixed about 2-3 drops of AQ Oil Infusion into my moisturizer, morning and night and I find that it was sufficient.
On the last bit of our vacation, I was in Paris and there was a crazy sudden weather change. It went from 18 degrees Celsius to 8 degrees in the day time! I have combination skin, where my T-Zone is oily, yet my skin now feels dry.
I started to change my skincare ritual and used 4-5 drops of AQ Oil Infusion instead. My moisturizer had gone from lotion to cream. My skin felt a lot better.
Now that I’m here in Malaysia, I stick to using 2-3 drops in my day and night skincare routine. If I use more than 5 drops, my skin would break out. It’s a sign to let me know that “I really don’t need that much”.

AQ CREAM ABSOLUTE X
When I 1st got this cream, I thought it looked luxurious and it smelled good too. I found out that this is a night cream and I thought to myself, it must be a really rich cream. To my surprise, it actually absorbed really well and it doesn’t feel greasy at all.
AQ Cream Absolute X focuses on the signs of aging induced by environmental factors, such as dehydration and loss of elasticity. It contain a special ingredient called Black Soy Nectar™.
Black Soy Nectar™ consists of fermented black soybean liquid and black soybean extract. Soybeans are great for retaining youthful skin, but black soybeans are actually better, because it contain higher antioxidants than regular soybeans.
The fermentation process of soy milk from the black soybeans, were found to improve cell activities and in turn improve collagen production.
Decorté only chooses Tamba-Sasayama, a region in Japan, black soybeans because it is believed to produce stronger antioxidant action against anti-aging.
A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY
AQ Cream Absolute X cream not only look luxurious, but the it’s also priced at the lavish side. Since the cream is rich and concentrated, I only use this cream at night. A little goes a long way, so just a scoop of pearl-size amount each time is sufficient for the face and neck.
I have combination skin so a pearl size amount is sufficient for me. If you have dry skin, you might need a little more.
The texture would just melt into your skin. It feels like silk! Oh..and I love the scent, as it’s not overpowering and very soothing as well. Like the AQ Oil Infusion, this moisturizer also has a Night-Blooming Cereus scent.

Ultimately, using good skincare is just half the job to help us achieve beautiful skin. We need sufficient rest, consume healthier food and drink a good amount of liquid to obtain a radiant and firm skin.
