Stumbling upon Scissors Empire Hair Salon was one of the best thing ever! It all started with just me looking for a place to get my hair washed and blow dried due to convenience sake. Then, as I go for more events, I would drop by to get my hair done as well. I like the way they pay attention to my hair whenever I visit. They’re very efficient and the place is tidy and clean every time I’m there.

One random day, I went in to the salon to have my hair washed, and that’s when I saw Chloe’s (one of the hairstylist) really cool ombré hairstyle. The tip of her hair is ash in color and I really loved it! Then, I had a talk with Ken, the stylist who did the color for Chloe and he gave me some tips on how he colored it. He also gave me some great advise on home care and hair treatments. Whatever happen after that was history. I’m definitely one happy and satisfied customer.

This scalp support oil by Milbon was used before my hair was bleached and colored.

Olaplex can be used in many ways. Either with bleach, during straitening or perming. Olaplex worked by finding those broken bonds and cross linking them back together. It basically restores and maintain the integrity of the hair. This is one of the ingredient Ken used for creating the balayage ombré hair for me.

After bleaching and coloring my hair, Ken advised me to do a set of treatment to prevent my hair from being too dry. I highly recommend this treatment as I saw the results myself after only one treatment.

I’m pretty picky and fussy when it comes to selecting a hairstylist. I like it that all the hairstylists in Scissors Empire are very professional; they share the benefits of their products, give valuable advises and they’re not pushy. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. Besides hair styling, they provide services for manicure/pedicure, as well as makeup.
