I haven’t been writing about beauty news for a while. Now that I found a wonderful spa for your nails, I really have to share it with you! Even if you’re not from Kuala Lumpur, it’s good to gain some knowledge about what a manicure and pedicure spa does for you.

In today’s competitive world, I’m not sure if it’s harder to run a business trying to secure return customers or,  it is harder to be a customer looking for a good company. I recently met a new friend, Michelle. She is the owner of this cozy and quaint spa called BMIC Nail Spa Salon. She invited me to her spa to try out a session called Organic Spa Pedicure. I love looking at beautiful nail art. I am not one that likes to keep my nails long and am not good at doing my own mani and pedi. So, it’s always nice to have someone else doing these stuff for me =)

I loved the fresh scent and cleanliness when I first stepped into her salon. It is such an important thing to keep cleanliness a priority, especially for a spa. My therapist for the day, Jasmine, seated me on a very comfortable chair with a built in basin and served me a warm fragrant tea. She placed a plastic cover over the basin so that I can soak my feet in warm water with Dead Sea Salt. Then she applied a luxurious lavender scrub. After that, she shaped and filed my toe nails. Lastly, she smoothed some massage cream and relaxed my tense muscles. I believe it was much needed after much walking on my high heels.

Time flew by between watching TV and reading my magazine. Between the two activities, I managed to take some pictures as well. Jasmine was really careful when she cut my nails. She told me that all their basins will be cleaned after every usage and the same goes for the tools used. The tools will be placed in the steriliser machine to kill and prevent germs. This information put me at ease knowing that cleanliness is BMIC’s priority.

One hour later, my nails were shiny and my feet are glowing! I didn’t want any color for my nails because I was wearing heels with covered-front and I didn’t want to damage the polish. It has been almost 2 weeks since I visited BMIC Nail Spa Salon and my toe nails are still as shiny. That shows how well the job was done.
