Not everyone is born with Taylor Swift’s height or Gisele Buncheon’s legs. I wish I am, but I should learn to be happy with what I have. Since it’s going to be summer soon, flats and sandals will get popular. I’ve found some tips and tricks to faking longer legs when wearing a pair of flats like this one from Melissa.
1. Wear a short skirt, shorts or shorter Shift dress
Show some skin! With the few apparels mentioned, they make your legs looked longer than they are. For those who have slim figures and legs, put on a pair of short shorts or skirts. As for girls who’re in the category of pear or apple shape, do wear a short shift dress. Shift dresses are so 70s and it’s just the perfect time to wear it now with a pair of flats.

Keep everything else you wear less bright and let the shoe be the centre of attention. The bright pair of flats will take away the attention from your legs, just like this pair of Melissa flats. Don’t you think it’s so cool? This collection is a collaboration between Karl Lagerfeld and Melissa. When you first see the picture, you’ll notice the shoes before anything else.
3. Chose pointy flats or go nude
Shoes with pointed toes lengthen your legs. What’s better? Go for a pair of pointy flats in nude color.
