Thanks to Muse by Watson’s event [post here], I got to know a brand called Indeed Laboratories. This brand might be unheard off and not as popular as department stores counter brands, but, it shall not be underestimated. I was given the opportunity to try 3 of their products and I must say, the results are impressive! The prices are way more affordable than many counter brands.
Let me share some of the products I’ve tried and tested for 2 weeks. I’ll include a before an after picture too. Let me tell you, it wasn’t an easy decision for me to take bear-naked-face and unedited pictures. Ultimately, that’s the whole point Indeed Lab was created. Their mission is to create products that will give us flawless, instant and camera ready skin.
1. PEPTA-BRIGHT
Pepta-bright is a serum that helps to reduce the appearance of dark spots and improve skin tone. I used this only in the morning after cleanser. On top of this serum, I applied moisturizer and sunblock.
Verdict after 2 weeks:
– Luminous and glowing skin
– Even skin tone
– slight breakout after 3 days. Had 2 pimples as shown in picture. Pimples went away after 3 days and didn’t leave any marks.
– It’s suppose to be fragrance-free but I didn’t quite like the scent as it’s not as pleasant. It’s the scent of natural ingredients in this product and not artificial.
2. RETINOL REFACE
Retinol Reface is also a serum and it helps to prevent fine lines and aging. I used this at night after cleanser and on top of it, I applied moisturizer and night cream.
Verdict after 2 weeks:
– Since they used gentle and effective formulation, my skin wasn’t red nor irritated. It doesn’t peel as well.
– Well moisturized.
– Loved the pump on the tube as it’s easier to manage.
– Combined with Pepta-bright, my skin does feel and look smoother.
– Less visible fine and dehydrated lines.

Hydraluron Mask is a moisture boosting mask and great for dehydrated and tired skin. I placed this mask in the refrigerator overnight. After cleanser and scrub, I unfold the mask and placed it over my face for about 15 minutes. After that I gently tap the remains till it fully absorbed into my skin and applied Retinol Reface and moisturizer. This would be great for traveling especially after a long haul. My skin would need all the hydration from this mask.
Verdict after 1 use:
– Hydrated and plumped-up.
– Since it’s cold, it’s very refreshing after a tiring day.
– It’s not messy and doesn’t drip everywhere.
