Lately my city has been seriously hot! I’m talking about 38 – 40 degrees Celcious kind of hot and for almost 2 weeks now. The only way for me to cool down myself is either to stay home all day and never get out OR I can wear something lightweight and deal with the heat.
I try to avoid darker colors these days as dark colors absorb heat. So I’m leaning towards pastel. Pastels are sweet just like this dress. I like how chiffon gave a feminine touch to this dress and the color suits the fabric too. The belt is awesome isn’t it? It’s actually hand made by one of my best friends, Tasha. She’s great in DIYs (which I suck at it) and she made this beautiful belt herself. She also made some really nice dresses but 1 of my favourite is still this black dress.
