Pencil skirts are great for any time of the year. Except when it’s really cold in winter. They’re extremely stylish, a great outfit for mix and match, versatile and always a perfect pick for an interview.

I recently bought this pencil skirt from ASOS and I found that it’s quite tight at the bottom part of the skirt. I can’t walk fast nor take big steps. As a result, I learn that pencil skirts can be a great tool to take things slower yet still elegant. Let me share 4 ways you can style a pencil skirt:

Wear this check button down shirt like mine with a pencil skirt and you can go to work from Monday to Friday looking great. Style it up with a belt if you want to look more formal.

If you’re going through fall or spring season, adding a thick sweater, pair it with a huge sunglasses and either sneakers or boots, you’ll look ready for work or a coffee run.
